Join me from the comfort of your own home for this 60-minute free online class where we will explore how to access the healing potential of plants to support everyday physical and emotional needs. You will learn what an essential oil is, how they work, three ways you can use them and explore the top 10 oils that cover over 80% of our common everyday needs. We will cover everyday ailments such as: Sleep Issues Stress & Anxiety Respiratory support Digestive support Inflammation Energy levels Skin Immune support Hormone Balance This online class is free of charge to anyone that is new to exploring essential oils and not already working with another doTERRA Wellness Advocate/Educator. If you are already working with someone else, please reach out to them to see what essential oil education they offer. Julie is a Holistic Therapist and Tutor, Essential Oil Educator, Yin Yoga Teacher and a Women’s Emotional Wellbeing Coach with over 30 years’ experience in all modalities of Holistic Therapies. From introducing doTERRA essential oils into her own home and seeing first-hand their many uses and benefits, Julie started to introduce them into her yoga classes and to her Holistic Therapy clients and students to enhance their journeys of natural health and wellbeing. Julie’s intention is that you leave this workshop feeling confident and empowered to use essential oils and know which oils you could use to support the health needs of you, your family, and friends.
